Embrace this slow paced class where we will aim to nourish and rejuvenate the body by breathing into the poses at a comfortable slow and smooth pace while still offering a nice heated warming class to get the heart rate up and blood flowing. Focus on the connection of the breath, movement and mind in this Slow Flow Yoga class. MAT PILATES This group Pilates class will work you through training practices that can be done on a mat instead of a reformer. In this class, you will hold movements like planks, side planks, and core exercises to build your muscle groups and core strength. Much of the equipment that you find in a reformer class can also be used in a Pilates mat workout. Your Pilates instructor will give you options to use bands, exercise balls, and sometimes even small weights to help level up your Pilates experience. SLOW FLOW YOGA

FULL BODY STRETCH Stretch is designed to teach you how to warm up, recover, how to identify sore, overused muscles, and underused muscles all in agroup setting.
