With the ability to connect to one’s self and manage one’s own mind comes self-reliance, self-confidence, resilience, well-being and calm. When this is complemented with education focused on supporting human values of compassion and understanding, the result is a spark of inspiration to do good in the world. Thus, the well-spring of global peace begins with individual well-being.
