A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO CHANGE
This takes time. It requires experimentation during implementation, group learning, and a willingness to adapt. It is, by nature, an iterative process. The tools and techniques offered by Gurudev enable this kind of transformation — building awareness of one's own emotions and thoughts. With that awareness comes greater openness to self-reflection, a willingness to question assumptions, and the capacity to see, think, and act differently.
Societal development problems are more complex than generally assumed. The predominant view is that solving them requires importing technical solutions and bringing in outside experts. But complex development problems have another dimension: they require the people closest to the problem to acquire new ways of doing things, examine their values, and learn to do better.
