PROJECT PAVITRA HEALTH AND HYGIENE PROGRAM FOR ADOLESCENT GIRLS This education program is designed to improve girls' knowledge of menstrual health and personal hygiene, build their confidence, and dispel myths and taboos through interactive training methods. Girls' unanswered questions are addressed directly, replacing stigma with accurate, empowering information. Girls are taught yoga asanas and breathing exercises that relieve menstrual discomfort.
