The Wiggett Group Founded in 2015, The Wiggett Group has grown from a small family-run electrical business into a nationwide compliance and maintenance specialist serving housing associations and local authorities across the UK. Today, the business employs more than 190 people and delivers electrical, fire and security testing, inspection, maintenance and installation services to over 578,000 homes. At the heart of the company is a commitment to creating opportunities for people from disadvantaged backgrounds and supporting the communities it serves. Established by CEO Reece Wiggett, who grew up in social housing, the business has embedded social mobility and Wales Millennium Centre (WMC) Wales Millennium Centre (WMC) is a world- leading performing arts centre based in Cardiff Bay. Opened by Her Majesty the Queen in 2004, it is an internationally recognised, iconic venue. It houses the 1,900-seat Donald Gordon Theatre, alongside a 250-seat studio theatre, recital hall, dance house, cafés, cabaret venue, community workspace and immersive experience facility. It is a cultural campus, home to eight diverse arts organisations. Its sustainability strategy is shaped by the Board of Trustees, and the CEO and every member of staff plays a vital role. As a home for the arts in Wales, the WMC
social value into its culture from day one. Through the Wiggett Academy apprenticeship programme, more than 45 apprentices have been trained, with many progressing into long- term careers and leadership roles within the company. The business also works closely with schools, colleges and community organisations to provide work placements, careers advice and employment opportunities. Alongside its technical services, The Wiggett Group has contributed more than £2.7 million through charitable giving, fundraising and community initiatives, supporting causes ranging from youth programmes and food banks to environmental improvement projects and cancer charities.
