From a five-person serviced office in London to an international workforce and professional services organisation operating across nine global locations, Linnk Group’s rise over the last seven years has been driven by one belief that exceptional people have the power to shape industries, economies and the future itself. What began in 2019 as an ambitious people- first business has evolved into a global STEM workforce, professional services, training and technology organisation supporting some of the world’s most critical industries and transformation programmes. Today, Linnk Group operates with more than 200 in-house colleagues and a further 600 professionals deployed globally across customer programmes, delivering specialist expertise across engineering, telecommunications, infrastructure, renewable energy, enterprise technology, AI, life sciences and digital transformation markets. With revenues now exceeding £36 million, Linnk has become one of the fastest-rising workforce and professional services businesses operating across international STEM markets.
Creating a different kind of organisation Established by five industry leaders bringing together deep expertise across workforce solutions, international delivery and operational scale, Linnk was founded around a shared vision: to build a different kind of workforce organisation. Not simply a staffing business, but a globally connected company capable of combining specialist expertise, long-term partnership and international delivery capability across industries shaping the future. However, equally important to the founders was a shared belief that long-term success is defined by how people are treated; building a culture grounded in respect, trust, opportunity and genuine support for the individuals helping shape Linnk’s journey every day. Supporting the industries building the future As industries, governments and global economies accelerated investment into infrastructure, engineering, AI, renewable energy, sustainability and digital transformation, the competition for highly skilled STEM expertise intensified rapidly.
