This thoughtful initiative, held at the Cedarhurst home office, allows team members to select names from a Giving Tree, each representing a resident from one of the communities who may not otherwise receive a

Before shopping, home office team members received a form with special details about each resident’s unique interests, including favorite snacks, colors, sports teams, hobbies, and even particular items they needed. By tailoring gifts to each resident’s personal tastes, team members created moments that made each recipient feel known and valued. These presents were delivered just in time for each community’s holiday party, where the gifts were opened in the company of fellow residents and staff.
