FUSION CUT

SH-5 Integration System Integrate your SH-5 Shredder with a custom designed infeed and discharge conveyor. A single roller conveyor is recommended when shredding product cold, to help break apart the muscle fibers. Typical systems include: • Infeed Conveyor • Discharge Conveyor • Single or Double Roller Conveyor • Integrated Control Panel

SH-5 Shredder Infeed Conveyor The Fusion Tech SH-5 Infeed Conveyor was designed to carry product from your current operating line up and into the SH-5 Shredder to automate the shredding process. The Z-style layout of this infeed conveyor allows for product to be loaded by secondary conveyor, tipper, or by hand and bring it to the correct height for loading into the SH-5 Shredder. The SH-5 Infeed Conveyor features drip pans to keep purge or product bits from falling onto the floor, as well as locking casters that allow the conveyor to be easily moved for cleaning.

The infeed conveyor can be modified to fit your current operating process.

Single Roller Conveyor

SH-5 Shredder Discharge Conveyor The Fusion Tech SH-5 Discharge Conveyor was designed to fit securely under the SH-5 Shredder to carry shredded product to your further processing operating line. The layout of this discharge conveyor allows for product to be carried up to a secondary conveyor, vat, or other equipment to automate your shredding process. An optional tray support can be added to discharge product onto trays with tray storage underneath. The SH-5 Discharge Conveyor features 4”UHMW conveyor sides to keep product from falling off and for sanitary purposes that pivot out of the way for cleaning and maintenance.

The Fusion Tech Single Roller Conveyor was designed to provide adjustable flattening and separation of meat before entering a shredder to provide a hand-pulled look.

The unique design of this roller conveyor allows for the roller height to be adjusted from either side of the conveyor.

The roller is filled with dye to alert operators and maintenance should the roller ever crack — preventing bacteria from getting into the roller and causing a food safety issue.
