Current/Previous Registrants If you currently have a household account, you will be able login to register at any time using your current login credentials. New Registrants If you have never registered for programs at the Lemont Park District, please visit www.LemontParkDistrict.org. You will be able to create a new account. It will allow you to upload proof of residency - utility bill, rental agreement or closing docs along with a driver’s license and birth certificates for children. It will take up to 24 hours to be approved, Monday-Friday. If you create an account on the weekend, it will be completed on the following Monday. Once the account is created, you will receive an email and be able to register online for programs. Mail or Fax Your Registrations You can mail your program registrations to Lemont Park District, 16028 127th Street, Lemont, IL 60439. You may also fax your registrations to 630-257-6944 for processing, however, these may not be processed until the Monday after online registration begins. Remember to include your phone number in case of questions and your email so we can email your receipt.
• We encourage you to register for programs at least two weeks prior to program start date. Programs with low enrollment may be canceled. • The decision to cancel most programs due to low enrollment will be made five days prior to the program start date. • Registrations taken on the program start date will incur a $10 Service Fee. • Registrations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. • Lemont Park District reserves the right to request proof of residency. • All new households or first time registrants must provide proof of residency. Proof of residency may be your Cook County tax bill, voters registration card, utility bill, rental agreement or closing docs, along with drivers license and birth certificates for children. This can be done in person at The CORE or the Centennial Community Center. Or you may visit www.LemontParkDistrict.org to create a household and upload required documents. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at information@lemontparks.org. • When completing your registration form, you MUST provide ALL required information. • Participants must be of requirement age by the first day of class. • If a program is filled that you have requested, we will automatically put your name on a wait list. • Resident fees are for Lemont residents only. Non-resident fees are higher than resident fees. • Receipts for registrations will be emailed unless otherwise directed. • All checks must be made out to Lemont Park District. • If you do not remember your username and password, please visit www.LemontParkDistrict.org. Click on the Register Now button on the left side. Click on My Account. From there, you can request a new username or password.
