Parkinson’s Regeneration, Movement Disorders, Balance, and Vertigo Training Seminar On the weekend of Nov 10th and 11th, Reddy Care hosted a seminar taught by Karl Sterling who is the CEO of PhysioChains Education and the creator of Parkinson’s Regeneration Training that focused on high level, advanced techniques, for all types of movement disorders. This is a LIFE CHANGING AMAZING WORKSHOP. While Mr. Sterling has extensive experience as a trainer including working with a variety of populations, he primarily specializes in working with clients who have Parkinson’s Disease. Karl travels extensively around the globe as an educator in the fitness training and human movement arena. He is an instructor for the Brookbush Institute of Human Movement Science. He currently offers level 1 and 2 “Parkinson’s Regeneration Training” courses globally. While Parkinson’s Disease (PD) can be debilitating, there is plenty of compelling data to show that exercise is one of the best ways of managing PD symptoms. Studies show that regular exercise can improve gait, balance, stability, strength, motor control, and delay disease progression in the PD client. Our therapists learned how to WAKE-UP the central nervous system and retrain thebrain to improveandhelp restoreneuromuscularcommunication, cognitive function, and cognitive function during movement. After physical therapy, I am able to be physically active and sleep well. “I came to Reddy Care for my chronic neck and back pain. I was in an accident that caused PCS and whiplash. My condition prevented me from exercising, sitting and standing for long and short periods of time. My therapist was amazing and a life saver! I am finally getting proper treatment. I am stronger and went from chronic pain to minor discomfort. After physical therapy, I am able to be physically active and sleep well. I have learned amazing exercises to continue to strengthen my areas of weakness and have more confidence. It has been night and day since beginning therapy.” - Nicol
