Experience/Knowledge Knowledge of and experience in carry out maintenance duties Knowledge and experience of cleaning methods and systems Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations Knowledge of electrical faults and maintenance systems Familiarity with Fire and Health and Safety procedures Ability to use relevant tools and equipment Use of computer systems, ability to input basic data and send/receive emails Knowledge and experience of cleaning methods and systems
