HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has now updated the GOV.UK guidance and advised of planned downtime.
Below are the key updates for this week:
• Employer PAYE: service availability and issues - planned downtime from 8:00am to 7:00pm on Sunday 8 October 2023
• Pay As You Earn (PAYE): service availability and issues - planned downtime from 8:00am to 7:00pm on Sunday 8 October 2023
• Employers PAYE (E-PAYE) for agents: service availability and issues - planned downtime from 8:00am to 7:00pm on Sunday 8 October 2023
• Agent services account if you are not based in the UK: service availability and issues – planned downtime from 8:00am on Sunday 8 October 2023 to 9:00am on Monday 9 October 2023
• Employment intermediaries: service availability and issues - planned downtime from 8:00am to 7:00pm on Sunday 8 October 2023
• Employer Bulletin: August 2023 - the article has been updated to provide further clarity to the reader around relief at source or not net pay arrangements

Overpayment of student loan for self-assessment workers with payrolled BIKs
