Holding a high ranking, from the poll results it is evident that many are not payrolling benefits. However, this may be due to the fact there are no expenses and benefits to report for that particular payroll. In addition, a steady 22% are payrolling benefits with this matching for those that have been payrolling benefits for a number of years. Many had arrangements in advance and this potentially may be due to investment in new software or due to operating an in- house payroll and not just because of the announcement that, paper submission of P11D’s and P11D(b)’s will no longer be accepted.
