Between high-tech equipment and patient needs, US MRI needed a partic- ular sort of space. “St. John Properties was very helpful in customizing our imaging center,” O’Neal said. “We had very specific needs in building the rooms for our medical imaging equip- ment. Each machine requires certain specifics when it comes to the ground underneath, the walls, ceiling, windows, etc. St. John Properties was very accepting and understanding of these needs and worked with us to create the perfect imaging center.” In the future, US MRI hopes to grow with St. John because of the personable nature of their partnership. “After we worked with St. John Properties on this project, we asked if they have projects coming up in the other areas we are looking to expand to,” O’Neal said. “The biggest thing that sets them apart is the
