Make sure all personnel are clear of the trailer, gates, and gate opening when unloading product. There are pinch points, crushing hazards, dust generation, and noise created when unloading.

GRIZZLY DUMP UNLOADING 1. Position trailer so that gates are directly over the grizzly or unloading area.

2. Open Tarp completely (if equipped) 3. Unlock Gate Locks (if equipped).

4. Turn the main power switch (under the red cover) for the gates to the “ON” position which places the solenoid in the neutral position. The gates can now be operated by switches inside the cab, or by the buttons located on the side of the trailer. 5. Activate the “Open” button for the desired trailer, which will exhaust air from the closed side of the cylinder and apply air to the “open” side of the cylinder, causing the gates to open. The weight of the product will cause the gates to open more than might be expected. 6. To regulate the flow of product, the closed side of the cylinders must be activated. In order to maintain a constant product flow, the switches must be cycled on and off repeatedly once the desired flow rate has been reached. 7. Verify that all product has emptied from the trailer. 8. Activate the “Close” button, to return the gates to the closed position. 9. Gate locks will reset automatically upon closing (if equipped)

WINDROW UNLOADING 1. Open Tarp (if equipped) 2. Unlock Gate Locks (if equipped).
