VIBRATORS: Some trailers are equipped with a vibrator to assist in product discharge. Vibrators are typically cab controlled and can be air or electrically actuated. Air actuated vibrators use filtered, regulated, and lubricated air from the trailer air reservoir when operating.
VIBRATOR INSTALLATION
DO NOT allow the vibrators to operate more than a few seconds in short bursts. If the vibrators are left on for more than short bursts they can damage the trailer. Wear hearing protection when working near an operational vibrator.
NOTICE
The vibrator requires regulated, filtered, and lubricated air. Refer to the vibrator service manual for specifics.
