• Once all suggested revisions have been incorporated into the master document, Jennifer will send out a copy to each of the leaders for review • Once the document has passed the review of the leaders, it will be submitted to Charles Hare who will form a review committee made up of Board and non-Board owners. • Any issues or recommendations by the review committee will be reviewed by the leaders for acceptance or rejection • The final master document will be submitted to the Board for action at a regular Board meeting
Proposed High Level Milestone Schedule:
7/1 - Revised Section submitted to Jennifer for incorporation into the Master Document 7/15 – Review committee starts review
8/3 – Review committee submits recommendations 8/10 – Leaders accept/reject recommendations 8/12 – Final master document submitted to the Board for action
10/19 – First reading at regular Board meeting 11/16 – Second reading at regular Board meeting
