Background: A. Minutes April 6, 2020 – Minutes prepared by Bob Brown, past Executive Assistant to the Board. Therefore, accuracy is assumed due to his unavailability. B. Audit Engagement Brabo & Carlsen have been ORPS Auditors for several years. Bids have been solicited every few years, but past Boards have been satisfied with quality of work and have awarded engagement to B&C. Best practice is that bids should be solicited every three years. C. Reserve/Capital Spending Plans Due to later than usual budget approval caused by management transition, attachment(s) have been tentatively approved by the Board. They appear for ratification purposes. A column with anticipated completion dates has been added. Motion(s) for Consideration: To approve the Consent Calendar as presented. OR To approve the Consent Calendar as amended. Designated Funding: N/A
