RECORD I NG OTHER TRA I N I NG
If you attend training or conferences outside of the University of Pinnacle, use the Other Training link in the University of Pinnacle to record it on your transcript. Please note that training and events completed before January 2017 should not be entered under Other Training.
1. Start by logging into the University of Pinnacle. 2. From your dashboard, click the drop down menu in the upper right corner of the screen. 3. Select Other Training from the list of options.
4. In the pop-up window, click the blue Open the Activity button to open a new tab or screen.
5. Enter the information below for your training:
a. Course Title: If you are recording a conference, enter the name of the conference as the Course Title. b. Completion Date: You may only select one day as the Completion Date. If the training or conference ran multiple days, you may record the full date in the Description field. c. Other Information: The remaining fields are optional and may be visible on your transcript in UP. 6. Once you have completed the fields on this screen, click Submit. 7. Other Training will be listed at the bottom of your transcript in the University of Pinnacle. To view your training, return to the dashboard in UP and click the Transcript tile.
