We are seeking to appoint to the crucial leadership appointment of Director of Campus Infrastructure and Operations to play a key role in the development and realisation of UCL’s Campus Experience and Infrastructure strategy. As we continue to invest in our estate and campus environment we are transforming our Campus Experience and Infrastructure department, with a specific mission to provide the best possible Campus Experience for our students, staff, visitors and partners. The Director of Campus Infrastructure and Operations will play a key role in delivering the Campus Experience and Infrastructure strategy, with a specific remit for leading operational provision across the estate, ensuring best-in-class service provision, technical assurance and value for money. We are seeking an exceptional leader with a proven track record of initiating transformational change resulting in demonstratable advancement and improvement in operational estates delivery and user experience across a large-scale, diverse, high-footfall property and facilities portfolio. The role calls for an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and that demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm and passion for UCL’s Vision and Mission, with the ability to translate this into the delivery of world-class Campus Experience.
