Hugh James also runs a podcast series called “The Lawyers on the Block”, focused on crypto and digital assets. 189 Eversheds Sutherland’s “LitCast” podcast series aimed to “help anyone who is either facing or considering bringing a claim in the UK to better understand the key points from the outset 190 ”. In addition, Eversheds Sutherland produced series dedicated to legal privilege and litigation technology. 191 The firm is also producing a series of “Global Technology” webinars, covering a range of technology topics. 192 So far only one webinar has been released, focusing on the issue of Cloud and the Financial Services sector, with future episodes set to cover topics such as AI, open source software and the internet of things. 193 HCR Law produced a podcast series to “bring you views, insight and practical tips on a range of topics affecting you and your business 194 ”. The episodes tackled diverse topics, from LegalTech innovation to dvice for veterinary practice owners. Geldards run podcasts on careers 195 , special educational needs and the law. 196 Capital Law produced the “Capital Ideas” podcasts series, tackling issues related to cybersecurity and digital transformation, with a focus on insurance. 197 Harding Evans, in 2021, also published a few podcast episodes on a range of topics, from personal injury trusts to hybrid working. 198 (iii) Demonstrable commitments to legal innovation and technology Over the last few years, more and more law firms appear to have strengthen their commitment to legal innovation. Legal awards showcase such commitments publicly, while recruitment processes and technology-related positions substantiate these commitments internally.
