contributing to legal innovation, sharing in its benefits, both commercially and in terms of reputation and growth. As we discuss in our final recommendations, this is an ambitious, but achievable, goal. It requires careful mapping of the ecosystem, accompanied by mechanisms for collaboration and coordination, including the creation of a LegalTech centre. It also calls for the support and involvement of institutional stakeholders, from Welsh Government and the Law Council of Wales, to the Law Society and Bar Council, Solicitors Regulation Authority, Bar Standards Board, and more. And it necessitates agreement on the principles that govern the ecosystem as a whole, including fair allocation of benefits, long-term sustainability, and commitment to collaboration. Ultimately, we believe that achieving the goal of transforming Wales into a global leader in LegalTech depends upon a single challenge: to view our differences as opportunities for growth, and our similarities as reasons to pursue these opportunities together . Doing so will transform the legal services sector in Wales and realise the ultimate objective that we all share: to increase access to justice for all, in Wales and beyond.
