Partnership We believe in the development of meaningful partnerships which empower and engage people through involvement and collaboration.
Strategic Objectives 1.1 Person-directed supports designed (what) and delivered (how) around the person, their needs, wants, goals and ambitions. 1.2 Inclusion, Independence, Accessibility, Choice, Rights and positive risk-taking are at the core of service provision. 1.3 Continuous improvement and innovation are delivered through the prioritisation of quality improvement, safety, and organisational learning. 1.4 T he services we deliver maximise independence and choice using high-quality assistive technology, virtual technology, remote supports. 1.5 Optimise resources available to support the delivery of services through maximised efficiency and effectiveness. 1.6 Optimise engagement with those using Cheshire Ireland services and all key stakeholders. 1. Services We Deliver Provision of safe, high-quality services that respect the will and preference of people using Cheshire Ireland services to empower them in the fulfilment of their goals while maximising their independence and choice.
