Strategic Objectives 5.1 A chieve sustainable financial security for organisation through long term financial planning. 5.2 Maximise the effective and efficient use of our financial resources to ensure value for money in the continued delivery of high-quality safe services. 5.3 Generation of alternative revenue streams through fundraising, Corporate Social Responsibility, Donors, Grants etc. 5.4 Promote the Cheshire Ireland brand to raise public awareness and engagement. with the organisation to support the achievement of alternative revenue streams. 5. Financial Sustainability Strengthen fiscal management for the whole organisation while also generating alternate revenue streams to enhance the quality of services we deliver.

Strategic Objectives 2.1 Hub-centred community-based services and respite services that are adaptable to the person and their preferences. 2.2 Maximised services that meet a range of levels of need and are adaptable to the persons changing needs. 2.3 Development of services using assistive technology and remote supports for people with a low level of need. 2. Service Development Cheshire Ireland operates models of service that optimise inclusion, independence, choice, rights and positive risk-taking to enable people with a wide range of disabilities to live in their own home within a community. Strategic Objectives 3.1 A property portfolio of suitably located, adaptable, technology enabled homes. 3.2 Minimum specification of smart technology for new and current properties. 3.3 Mutually beneficial partnerships with non-profit and corporate entities. 3.
