Measuring success and impact
The success and impact of this strategy will be measured through our achievement of clear, identified critical success factors. The strategy progress will be reviewed monthly by the Executive and Senior Leadership Team with regular updates to the Board of Trustees, people availing of our services, employees, and other key stakeholders. In addition, progress summaries will be included in future Annual Reports and other publications accessible to our supporters.
