Buyers shall pay 25% of the purchase price sale day, or internet bidders shall wire 25% to CJ Auctions on Monday, November 3. The balance shall be due prior to delivery, in wire funds or certified check. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be between November 2 and 10th. All lots selling will be issued a State Health Certificate and seller guarantees that all animals are eligible for interstate shipment. The bred females sell guaranteed bred at time of sale, if buyer wishes to have purchases re-examined for pregnancy, the buyer shall be responsible for vet charges and must be done before shipping. Any announcements made from the auction block shall take precedence over any previously printed material.
