the newsletters into my Digital AI Assistant, which spits out summaries of anything I want to know about. Superficial, I know, but I can always dig deeper into anything I want to follow up on. AI in HR tech has made my job a little more complex, as it has added more dimensions to rating products against client requirements. AI features now include agents dealing with (amongst other things):
assistants, interview scheduling, AI interview assistants and automation of repetitive HR tasks. And on top of that, there are guardrail aspects such as Fairness and Transparency, audit logs, continuous monitoring of model performance, and, of course, compliance with GDPR, the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and more. At least with all this, my DA could keep score for me! It did also mean a new line of questioning for HR
Working from home as I had a ton of desk work to catch up on. One of the downsides of being relatively active on business social media is that everyone wants to send you their regular newsletter. If I accepted every one I was offered, Iād spend my life reading!
