$ The nationally acclaimed NCT Mainstage Cast takes the stage every Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm, as well as our Unrated Show on Friday at 9:45pm. Based completely on audience suggestions, our professional cast creates an entire 100 minute emprov comedy show on the spot. There's no script, the cast has no idea which way the show is going to go, and each performance is a unique experience. The show is completely appropriate for all audiences. The National Comedy Theatre is San Diego's enormously popular improv comedy show, where our cast creates the entire performance based completely on audience suggestions. The show has been running continuously since 1999, with over 6500 performances to date, and is the longest running show in the history of San Diego.
