“Fallen Star”Memorial Ceremonies were recently held at The GATE at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) to dedi- cate“Fallen Star,”a memorial to Maj. Gen. Harold J. (Harry) Greene and the warfighters and their families. More than 350 people attended the dedication, including Greene’s widow, retired Col. Susan Myers, PhD, and U.S. Rep. C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger.
Desktop 3-D Printer
Congratulations to St. John Properties’ Maple Lawn, Mary- land, client M3D, which recently debuted the Micro, its 3-D printer, at the Maker Faire in New York. Launched by two University of
Maryland students, M3D will soon begin retail sales of its desktop printer. Baltimore Business Journal wrote about M3D in a September 25 article titled“The 3-D printer that raised $3.4M on Kickstarter is finally here.”
