FINDING AND BUYING SERVICES
Finding suitable services: Log in to your Stebby account on the web or in the app. In the search, you can filter results by keyword, category, price, distance, or city. You can also search only for reimbursed services. Purchase a ticket in advance: Once you have found a service you like from a service provider or event organiser, buy a ticket. If booking in advance is required, it is essential to arrange a suitable time with the service provider before the expiry date of the ticket. If no reservation is needed, all you have to do is visit the service provider, say you bought your ticket with Stebby, and identify your purchase with either your ticket or personal identification code. Purchase a ticket from the service provider point of sale: Visit a Stebby service provider and ask them to complete your purchase through Stebby. In this case, you will also need to identify yourself to the service provider by showing an identity document. Link your gym invoices to Stebby: Go to a gym that’s on Stebby and indicate that you want to pay your future invoices with compensation from Stebby. The gym administrator will then connect your account to the system, and from the following month, the gym will automatically deduct the necessary amount from your Stebby compensation account. Validity of the ticket: You can see the expiry date of your ticket at the moment of purchase, in the ‘Tickets’ section of your account, and in the confirmation letter sent to you by email. The ticket must be used before it expires, after which it cannot be used, extended, or refunded! Before the ticket expires, an extension may be possible if the service provider allows it.
