Cavender Ranches - Bull Sale [11/15/25]

21 ST ANNUAL FALL PRODUCTION SALE

N ancy and I are excited to extend an invitation to you for our 21st Annual Fall Production Sale! The cattle market is currently thriving, with feeder calves and replacement heifers achieving unprecedented prices. Our Brangus herd stands out for its exceptional consistency, uniformity, and performance, not only in the cattle we breed but also in the feedlot cattle we manage on a value-based grid. Our customers have shared wonderful feedback regarding the impressive performance of our bulls in their operations. Our goal is to support our customers by enhancing their operations, focusing on producing BULLS that meet the needs of the commercial industry and raising cows that thrive in real-world environments. This year, we are thrilled to present an exceptional lineup of high- performance bulls, featuring top-notch quality and a diverse range of types specifically tailored for the Commercial Cattleman. Our inventory has expanded to include 240 BRANGUS bulls, 40 Charolais, and 114 registered females. Currently, we are feeding our bulls at our ranch’s bull development facility, where you’ll find a robust group of yearling bulls that are well-built and capable of breeding cows effectively. We have enhanced our facility to accommodate all bulls produced by us and our genetic partners, preparing for future growth. We believe that the Herd Sire Prospects showcased among this year’s two-year-olds and yearlings represent the most impressive collection available, poised to advance many purebred operations and elevate the breed. While last year’s Registered Female Sale was outstanding, we are confident that this year’s offerings will exceed that achievement, which is no small task. We are dedicated to introducing the latest cutting-edge genetics to the Brangus market, and many of these new sires will be featured among the open heifers available, including selections from our Deadly Dozen. Additionally, this year’s sale will showcase the most impressive and diverse group of bred heifers we have ever presented. We will also offer around 30 mature cows, along with younger 3 N1 cow calf pairs, several donor cows, and a fantastic set of calves at side, making this section a highlight of the event. As always, our mission is to promote growth among purebred breeders in Texas and beyond, helping our customers and genetic partners build successful programs, regardless of their size. The females and bulls in this sale are set to make a significant impact on a variety of breeding programs. Moreover, we are pleased to offer an impressive collection of commercial females in our Commercial Female Sale. We expect to provide over 125 pairs and nearly 400 heavy bred Brangus, F1 Tigerstripe, and Black Super Baldies. Additionally, we will have 70 strong Brangus and Black Super Baldies open heifers ready for breeding. Over our 21 years, we have consistently delivered outstanding commercial females, showcasing genetic advancements that improve their offspring’s performance, thanks to our Cavender

Brangus bulls. Our extensive experience in feeding our own steers has led to a high percentage of choice beef, highlighting the clear distinction between proven genetics and commodity cattle—an increasingly important consideration as we move forward. We have supplied over 20,000 commercial females, and you can rely on our genetics to yield results. Many of these females will either have an AI calf or be carrying an AI pregnancy from top-tier sires in the breed, emphasizing our commitment to valuing our cattle. We have actively purchased customer cattle as feeders and replacement heifers and will continue to pursue this path to create value for our customers. We warmly invite you to join us on Friday and Saturday, November 14 and 15, to celebrate our 21st Annual Fall Production Sale. The commercial female sale will commence at 12 PM on Friday the 14th, followed by the newly adjusted start time of 4:30 PM for the registered female sale, reflecting our increased offerings. The day will conclude with a delicious steak dinner and an opportunity to connect with fellow cattle enthusiasts. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Mark Cowan, Dustin Kennedy, Ken Jarosz, Todd Harvey, Joe Fuller, Clay Barnhouse, Chris Heptinstall, Garrett Thomas, Brett Sayer, or myself. We appreciate your support and eagerly anticipate the future of the beef industry! Warm regards,

Joe Cavender, Cavender Brangus
