ECC MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT

The intention is not to restrict anyone’s rights; however, Edgewood Country Club is not a public space. It is a premier private club seeking to ensure that all members, guests, and staff can expect to be treated with respect while enjoying the golf course, clubhouse, pool and other sporting facilities. This Code of Conduct has been formally adopted by the Board of Directors and is applicable to all members, family members, guests, and staff. 1. All Members, family members and guests are required to comply with this Code of Conduct and all other applicable ECC signage, bylaws, policies, rules, regulations, dress codes, parking restrictions, and other instructions. 2. Members, family members and guests shall conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner before, during and after participating in ALL sporting activities, observing all applicable rules, and standards of etiquette and fair play. 3. Members, family members and guests shall treat all members, guests and staff with courtesy, dignity, and respect regardless of race, color, national origin, age, gender, religion, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability. 4. Members, family members and guests shall not harass or threaten, verbally, physically, or otherwise abuse, or retaliate against any member, family member, guest or staff members, or use social media, e-mail or other electronic messaging in furtherance of such conduct. 5.
