I met all my goals! “I am a 35 year old female with neck pain and stiffness that developed 6 months ago. I work at a desk and the pain is worse after a long day of working in front of a computer or whenever I turn my head over the right shoulder. My goals were to be capable of performing one full day of work and to be able to look over my right shoulder for driving purposes without pain. Initially the soft tissue and joint mobilization work improved my range of motion and decreased my pain. I was then introduced to the MedX Cervical Machine for strengthening. After six weeks I met all my goals. I also took advantage of the 30 day post rehab program at Gainesville Health and Fitness and remain pain free to this day. Thanks ReQuest”. - M.T.
