GM to explain the purpose of the workshop and expectations related to the Strategic Plan formulated by the L1 and L2 leaders.
9:15 to 11:00am
Socialising the Strategic Plan
2 ExCom leaders and the facilitator will explain the formulated plan for the hotel.
11:15 to 1:00pm
Team Building Activity 1: Foundations of Collaboration Team Building Activity 2: Teams Dynamics
Through a fun and engaging activity, L3 and L4 leaders will identify specific actions that will help move the hotel to achieving the desired vision. RM will open after lunch with further messages on the Strategic Plan formulated on Day 1. Teams will explore what makes team dynamics identifying strengths and also obstacles in achieving success. Becoming aware of the conditions necessary to facilitate the right environment to achieve the vision. 2 ExCom leaders and the facilitator will explain the behaviours identified to achieve success an the role of L3 and L4 leaders in the strategic plan. Teams will present a recap of the day and will finish with a feedback carrousel aiming to stimulate positivity.
