Relieve Back Pain In Minutes Try this movement if you are experiencing back pain.

SCIATIC NERVE GLIDE Start by lying on your back and holding the back of your knee. Next, attempt to straighten your knee. Lastly, hold this position and then bend your ankle forward and back as shown. Pump ankle for approximately 15 seconds. Repeat on each side 1 to 3 times per day.
