With your approval, we place a complimentary Sellers’ Coverage Home Warranty on your property during your listing. If a covered appliance or item breaks on your property while you are listed, you can tend to it yourself, or you can call the home warranty hotline number and for a service fee, they will schedule a technician to assist with the repair.
