At the outset of 2023, AfriLabs received a significant funding of $500,000 from the Visa Foundation for the RevUp Women Programme. RevUp Women is a groundbreaking enterprise development program designed to accelerate early-stage women-led startups in Africa. The program aims to foster gender equality, poverty eradication, and inclusive economic growth through training, mentorship, and access to finance. Through RevUp Women, AfriLabs aims to support hundreds of women- led enterprises across Africa, creating jobs and driving sustainable ventures.
