Job Summary: The Chief People Officer (CPO) will have responsibilities for the following portfolio and for ensuring the achievement of corporate objectives and all statutory and regulatory responsibilities for these areas: FHFT People Strategy and its alignment with FHFT 2030, Trust’s clinical strategy and other corporate strategies Creating the right environment for partnerships with other health and care providers to flourish Work closely with and lead some system and regional initiatives Talent management, including succession and career planning Education, training and OD, including clinical and medical education and leadership development Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Partnering and providing employee relations advice Pay and Reward Staff Experience and Engagement Recruitment and Retention Medical Staffing Freedom to Speak Up & Whistleblowing Health and Wellbeing
