Corporate and Leadership Responsibilities

Responsible, with other Executive Directors, for setting and achieving strategic objectives and operational targets to deliver outstanding care for our patients. Contribute to the corporate development of the Trust, coordinating key areas as directed by and agreed with the Chief Executive. Lead and contribute to the efficient and effective management of all aspects of the Trust’s services and its role in the wider system and region. Ensure divisional, directorate and departmental delivery plans are in place to support high performance and effective management. Develop a shared understanding of, and commitment to, the vision, strategic objectives and values of the Trust, embedding these through the people team and across the organisation.
