Partner with ICS leads to attract local talent, reduce health inequalities, and develop system-wide career pathways. Enable flexible, inclusive system workforce models and support the Frimley ICS People Plan through collaborative innovation. Lead productive partnerships with health and social care providers, contributing actively to the ICS People Board. Influence local and national people practices through collaboration with system HR leaders. Corporate Responsibility Actively contribute to Board leadership, policy alignment, and strategic improvement in patient services. Collaborate across Directorates to meet corporate and regulatory obligations. Ensure operational compliance with governance, finance, contracts, and health and safety. Support executive duties, including participation in the on-call rota and staff communications. Workforce planning and transformation
