Qualifications Degree or equivalent experience and knowledge Evidence of recent management and leadership development Evidence of continued professional development Chartered Member or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD/ FCIPD) (desirable but not essential). Experience Demonstrable track record of leading human resources and organisational development functions within a senior role Demonstrable experience of leading on and implementing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives at both strategic and operational levels Evidence of successfully leading organisational change in developing new models of delivery Experience of workforce planning and modelling methodologies Demonstrable record of developing high-performing teams Experience of multi-site working (desirable but not essential)
