The AEVEX DHC-6 RE-LIFE ® FUSELAGE ™ is an approved re-manufactured fuselage which has identified and replaced the time-expired fatigue critical components (i.e. fuselage, wing, landing gear, and empennage attach frames, etc.) with new components. The result is a “zero-timed” fuselage with structural life limits of “0.0 Hours/0.0 Cycles since new” complete with a (baseline) five year corrosion inspection per DHC PSM 1-6-5 (fuselage only). MODIFICATION STATUS • Mod. No. 6/1173 – FS 218 fuselage main frame (ref. S/B No. 6/354) • Mod. No. 6/1189 – Fuselage/wing front fitting adapters (ref. S/B No. 6/149) • Mod. Nos. 6/1808, 6/1889 – Horizontal stabilizer (ref. S/B No. 6/438) • Mod. Nos. 6/1841, 6/1842, 6/1843, 6/1844, 6/1845, 6/1846 – Fuselage/stabilizer –replacement of horizontal and vertical stabilizer attachment adapters (ref. S/B 6/516) • Mod. Nos. 6/1891, 6/1892 – Horizontal stabilizer (ref. S/B No. 6/513)

The DHC-6 Re-Life ® Fuselage ™ is available with a variety of options suited to the customer needs. The aircraft can be returned with any of the following additional options to enhance the DHC-6 Twin Otter’s versatility: • DHC-6 Re-Life® Wing Boxes™ • DHC-6 Re-Life® Flight Controls™ • DHC-6 Re-Life® Nacelles™ • DHC-6 Freon air conditioning system™ • Complete replacement of the aircraft wiring with overhauled circuit breaker panels using all new circuit breakers. • Complete overhaul of the edge lighted panels • Customized avionics upgrades • New commuter-type “hard shell” Kydex interior (customer color choice) • Recover interior seating, seats covered in choice of materials • New flooring
