I had a pair of free-roaming iguanas in my apartment. They usually hung out on the screen patio. One day, they made a nest in a hanging plant, and I found some eggs. I allowed them to run anywhere in the apartment. They are harmless creatures with big smiles. I fed them dry dog food.
They are clean animals and dug on the patio, making it easy to clean. When my girlfriend, soon-to-be wife, got her tonsils removed one day while I was at work, one of them ended up on her belly, knowing something was wrong. At first, she was startled, but it left quickly. Eventually, I found a hole in the screen, and they were gone.
