1958 2017 Shoosty VI Catalog Raisonne

In 1979, my father’s mother, Dora Shooster, passed away. She was known as Nana Lotkas (Potatoe Pancakes). We went to her home, and I wanted a memento, so I took the small end table. She was meticulous when taking care of her furniture and would have been appalled to know that I had decided to cover it with aluminum foil. My parents were not so happy about it either. I have loved this little table ever since then. I use it to hold oil paint and small associated items. It’s always been my companion in the gallery.
