Mixed Residential Neighborhood Site Plan Concept The site plan concept presents one option for mixing a variety of housing types into a single, well- connected neighborhood that celebrates open space as a defining feature. The concept mixes housing types on the same block, and uses alleyways, common greens, and architectural features between buildings (both form and massing) to transition effectively between different home products. Accessory dwelling units are provided above garages for some of the lots. Three large, active green spaces define the neighborhood. Internal streets are connected to form small, walkable blocks. Homes are oriented toward a formal open space or adjacent local street. A stub out is provided for a street connection to a future neighborhood to the right. On-street parking is provided throughout the neighborhood to minimize parking footprints on private property.
