DfE Lead Design (DfE) All Via products follow a DfE process. All components are screened to the ANSI/BIFMA e3-2019 Annex B- List of Chemicals of Concern & the California Proposition 65 List. The Lab Via Seating’s mechanical testing laboratory is accredited to ISO/ IEC 17025 by the A2LA ( certificate # 4772.0 ) & issued reports & product certifications are globally recognized. BIFMA LEVEL ® 2 Certified BIFMA’s sustainability certification program for furniture in which all Via Seating chairs are LEVEL ® 2 certified. BIFMA Compliant Over 95% of Via Seating’s indoor products are BIFMA Compliant, listed on this industry-wide registry of furniture products that conform to BIFMA safety and durability.
CLEAN AIR GOLD All Via Seating chairs are CLEAN AIR GOLD certified. ANSI/BIFMA e3-2014e, Sections 7.6.1, 7.6.2, 7.6.3.
LEED Credits Via products earn LEED credits including those for low emitting furniture, recycled content and for our local U.S. manufacturing location in Sparks, NV.
