During his time in Muscat, Amr was entrusted with a vital responsibility — overseeing Food Safety and Hygiene standards across three properties, Al Waha, Al Husn, and Al Bandar . With dedication, precision, and a passion for excellence, he conducted over 42 audits, ensuring that the highest levels of compliance, consistency, and quality were maintained throughout the operations. “This experience was more than just a professional milestone,” Amr shared. “It was an opportunity to grow, learn, and contribute meaningfully to properties outside my own — while also bringing back valuable insights and best practices.” His work extended beyond audits.
