Drive north as far as you can on U.S. Interstate 5 and you’ll find yourself in Blaine, Washington, home of Beachwood Resort. The city has several monikers. These include “Where America Begins,” “The Gateway to the Pacific Northwest,” and the “Peace Arch City.” All these phrases are commentaries on Blaine’s unique locale.
