Chef Jeff Saad We met real estate broker Jeff Saad at the Compass retreat in Miami several years ago. We loved his energy and when we found out he was a top chef, we had to learn more. He is a world traveled restaurateur with his own cookbook and his cooking videos played a big role in getting us through Covid lock down. Gochujang (pronounced “go chew jang”) is a beautiful fermented Korean chili paste. This dish has a great presentation from the charred deep red marinade.
