LIMITATION ON THE NUMBER OF APPLICANTS PER REGISTERED APPRENTICESHIP Each Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) sponsor/contractor may submit up to eight regular applicants and two alternate applicants. Sponsors/contractors must designate alternates primary and secondary. Only regular applicants will be selected for the first 36 qualifying contestants. RAP sponsors/contractors with multiple programs and locations will be considered as one for submitting entry forms. In the event that a pool of eligible applicants is used to fill the 36 entries, one additional entry per program sponsor/contractor will be selected until the draw is completed, and then the process is repeated until the 36 contestants have been selected.
